About the Owner
Hello my name is Chris, I am the CEO of R&R Property Services. I started this journey as a way to provide for my family while making a meaningful difference in my community. Initially starting with E&L Painting, named after my children, I quickly expanded into a full-service property maintenance company driven by a passion for helping others.
With a commitment to honesty, hard work, and neighborly values, I wanted to bring a more personal touch to every project. Licensed in Radon measurement and mitigation, and with years of hands-on experience in construction and home improvement, I focus on integrity and quality for every property owner. My ultimate goal is to grow R&R Property Services into a business that allows me to spend more time with family while continuing to positively impact the lives of homeowners, property owners, and employees in my community.
